Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 3, 2026
Noble InMotion ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at nobleinmotion.com or use our transportation services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our site.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided when you submit a booking or contact request.
- Trip Details: Pickup and dropoff locations, travel date and time, flight information, passenger count, and any special instructions you provide.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs, collected automatically via Google Analytics (GA4) when you visit our website.
- Communications: Records of any correspondence you send us by email or phone.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and confirm your transportation requests.
- Communicate with you regarding your booking, including confirmations and updates.
- Improve our website and service offerings based on usage patterns.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including Dallas City Code requirements for transportation-for-hire services.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies, small text files stored on your device, to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use EmailJS to transmit booking request data to our operations email. EmailJS processes your data solely to deliver the email on our behalf.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, including the City of Dallas Transportation Regulation Division.
- Business Protection: We may share information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Noble InMotion, our clients, or the public.
5. AI-Assisted Itinerary Processing
Noble InMotion offers an optional AI-assisted feature that allows you or your executive assistant to paste or upload a travel itinerary to prepare reservation details. When you use this feature, the following applies:
- Information extracted: The AI may extract journey details (pickup address, dropoff address, date, time, flight number, airline, airport, terminal), passenger information (name, passenger count, luggage), contact information (email address, phone number, company name), and relevant journey requirements or special requests visible in the document.
- Original document handling: The original itinerary text or uploaded file is not retained by Noble InMotion after processing. It is processed in memory and discarded. Noble InMotion does not store the source document.
- Temporary reservation draft: Confirmed extracted fields are stored as a structured reservation draft for up to 24 hours to allow pre-filling the reservation form. The draft is deleted after it is used or after 24 hours, whichever comes first.
- Review and confirmation required: All extracted information is presented as editable proposed reservation details. You must review and confirm the information before submitting a reservation. Noble InMotion uses the information you submit, not the original document, to prepare and communicate about your reservation.
- Email and phone use: Email addresses and phone numbers extracted from an itinerary may be used for reservation confirmation and operational communications related to your booking. SMS communications require separate, explicit consent and are never enabled automatically from extracted data.
- Service providers: Itinerary content is processed by an AI service provider acting on Noble InMotion's behalf. Noble InMotion does not sell or share your itinerary content with third parties for their own purposes.
- Access, correction, and deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information Noble InMotion holds about you by contacting us at the address in the Contact section of this policy.
Do not upload passports, payment card information, or documents unrelated to your journey when using this feature.
6. Data Retention
We retain booking and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Payment Information
Noble InMotion does not store, process, or have access to your full credit or debit card details. All payment card data is collected and processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Noble InMotion receives only the limited confirmation details required to complete your booking, such as the last four digits of your card and the transaction status. Your full card number, security code, and billing details are never transmitted to or held by Noble InMotion.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
