Cancellation
Policy
Overview
Noble InMotion is committed to fair, transparent cancellation terms. Because each booking reserves a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur — with no other clients scheduled in that window — advance notice of cancellations is essential to fair compensation for the chauffeur's time.
All cancellations must be communicated directly to the founder by phone or email. Cancellations are not accepted through third-party platforms or voicemail alone.
Cancellation Windows by Service Type

"Late cancellation" is defined as a cancellation received inside the no-charge window above. "No-show" is defined as a client who does not appear at the confirmed pickup location within the complimentary wait time period and has not communicated with the chauffeur or founder.
Booking Modifications
- Pickup time changes of 30 minutes or less are accommodated at no charge with reasonable advance notice.
- Significant schedule changes (route, date, or time changes exceeding 30 minutes) are treated as a new booking and subject to availability.
- All modifications must be confirmed directly with the founder by phone or email.
Exceptional Circumstances
Noble InMotion understands that genuine emergencies occur. Cancellation fees may be waived or reduced at the founder's discretion in the event of a documented medical emergency, severe weather event, or other circumstances beyond the client's control. These decisions are made personally by the founder on a case-by-case basis.
