Zero-Tolerance Drug
and Alcohol Policy
Noble InMotion Business maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any intoxicating substances by any chauffeur while on duty or operating a vehicle for transportation-for-hire services.
Prohibited Conduct
The use, possession, distribution, or being under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substances is strictly prohibited at all times while performing services for the company.
- Any chauffeur found in violation will be subject to immediate termination and removal from service.
- Chauffeurs must immediately report any prescribed medications that may impair their ability to drive safely.
Safety Practices
- Background Checks: All chauffeurs undergo rigorous screening processes, including criminal background checks, in compliance with local regulations.
- Ongoing Monitoring: We leverage technology and rider feedback to monitor chauffeur conduct, ensuring adherence to all safety standards.
This policy complies with Dallas City Code Chapter 47A-2.1.6 and 47A-2.1.7.
