Quick Answer
Setting up a Noble InMotion corporate account takes approximately five minutes. Register at nobleinmotion.com/corporate, submit executive preferences, and your account is active within one business day. All trips are consolidated onto a single monthly invoice.
What a Corporate Account Includes
A Noble InMotion corporate account is a convenience structure, not a financial commitment. There is no minimum monthly spend, no term contract, and no retainer. You pay only for trips taken, invoiced monthly.
The account provides four capabilities that per-trip bookings do not: a dedicated EA portal for managing bookings and preferences, standing executive preferences stored and applied automatically, consolidated monthly invoicing across all trips, and a direct contact line separate from general inquiries.
| Feature | Per-Trip Booking | Corporate Account |
|---|---|---|
| EA portal for booking management | No | Yes |
| Executive preferences stored on file | No | Yes |
| Standing weekly or monthly arrangements | No | Yes |
| Consolidated monthly invoice | No | Yes |
| Dedicated contact line | No | Yes |
| Minimum commitment or contract | No | No |
| Flat $187/hr rate, no surge pricing | Yes | Yes |
| 24/7 availability | Yes | Yes |
Who Should Set Up a Corporate Account
A corporate account is the right structure for any executive with recurring travel needs, where consistency, consolidated invoicing, and standing preferences reduce ongoing coordination time. If you are booking the same executive to the same airports, client offices, or hotel properties on a regular basis, a corporate account eliminates repeated data entry and produces a single monthly invoice ready for expense submission.
Corporate accounts are used by executive assistants managing C-suite travel, office managers coordinating team transportation, travel coordinators handling multi-executive itineraries, and finance managers who need consolidated, auditable invoicing. If you are booking Noble InMotion for the first time, a per-trip booking is available without an account. A corporate account can be added at any point.
What to Prepare Before You Register
The registration form takes approximately three minutes. Having the following information ready will allow you to complete it in a single session.
Company name and billing address
Primary contact name and email for invoices
Executive name and title
Preferred pickup locations (home, office, hotel)
Any standing travel arrangements (recurring weekly or monthly trips)
Step-by-Step: Setting Up Your Account
Four steps from registration to first booking.
Register at nobleinmotion.com/corporate
Complete the corporate account registration form. You will provide your company name, primary contact name, billing email, and the executive name for the account. The form takes approximately three minutes to complete.
George reviews every registration personally. You will receive a direct confirmation, not an automated response.
Submit executive preferences
After registration, George will follow up to collect executive preferences. This includes preferred pickup locations, cabin temperature, water and beverage preferences, quiet ride preferences, device charging needs, and any standing instructions.
Preferences are stored on the account and applied automatically to every future booking. You will not need to re-enter them.
Submit your first booking
Once the account is active, submit bookings through the corporate portal or by contacting George directly at 214.297.5653 or myjourney@nobleinmotion.com. Include the trip date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, and any special instructions.
For standing weekly or monthly arrangements, provide the recurring schedule and George will set it up once. Future bookings in the series are confirmed automatically.
Receive your monthly invoice
All trips are consolidated onto a single monthly invoice, sent by the 5th of the following month. The invoice includes trip date, pickup and drop-off locations, duration, and total charge, formatted for direct submission to corporate expense systems.
Invoice format can be adjusted for specific expense reporting requirements. Contact George to discuss your company's format.
Setting Executive Preferences
Executive preferences are the most underused feature of a Noble InMotion corporate account. Most accounts are set up with a name and billing email, and preferences are added later, trip by trip, as the executive mentions them. Setting preferences at registration eliminates this entirely.
Noble InMotion stores and applies the following preferences automatically to every booking: preferred pickup locations (home address, office address, hotel), cabin temperature, still or sparkling water preference, quiet ride preference, device charging needs, preferred routes for common trips, and any standing special instructions.
Practical note: If your executive has a preference that is not listed above, include it in the registration form or mention it when George follows up. Preferences are stored as free text, not a fixed list. If it can be prepared before the executive enters the vehicle, it can be stored on the account.
Managing Bookings After Setup
Once the account is active, bookings are submitted through the corporate portal at nobleinmotion.com/corporate or directly to George at 214.297.5653 or myjourney@nobleinmotion.com. Both channels are monitored 24/7.
For standing weekly or monthly arrangements, provide the recurring schedule once and George will set it up. Future bookings in the series are confirmed automatically. You will receive a confirmation for each trip, and the executive receives a pre-trip notification with chauffeur details and vehicle information.
Day-of changes, such as updated pickup times due to flight delays, are handled by George directly. Noble InMotion monitors flights in real time for all airport transfers. If a flight is delayed, the pickup time adjusts automatically. You do not need to call.
Invoicing and Expense Reporting
All trips on a corporate account are consolidated onto a single monthly invoice, sent by the 5th of the following month. Each invoice line item includes the trip date, pickup and drop-off locations, duration, and total charge. The format is designed for direct submission to corporate expense systems.
Noble InMotion charges a flat $187/hr with a 2-hour minimum for hourly engagements. Airport transfers are flat-rate by zone, published at nobleinmotion.com/rates. There is no surge pricing, no metered fare, and no hidden fees. The rate on the invoice is the rate quoted at booking.
Expense reporting note: If your company requires a specific invoice format, purchase order number, or cost center code on invoices, contact George when setting up the account. Invoice format adjustments are accommodated at no additional charge.

Register Corporate AccountThree Common Setup Mistakes
Skipping the preferences step
The most common mistake is registering the account and submitting the first booking before preferences are on file. The result is a trip that requires re-entry of pickup location, cabin settings, and special instructions. Setting preferences at registration takes five minutes and eliminates this for every future booking.
Using a personal email for billing
Corporate invoices should go to a billing or accounts payable email, not a personal inbox. If the EA managing the account leaves the company, invoices sent to a personal email become inaccessible. Register with a role-based billing address (e.g., billing@company.com or ap@company.com) from the start.
Not setting up standing arrangements at registration
If your executive has a recurring weekly airport transfer or a regular Monday morning pickup, set it up as a standing arrangement at registration. Waiting until the first trip and then requesting a standing arrangement adds an extra coordination step. George can configure the standing arrangement during the initial setup call.
